Ahhh, logos. A designer’s dream—and sometimes one of the hardest things to get just right. There’s so much to say while keeping it all as simple as possible.

At my first agency job, one logo project turned into another... then another... until suddenly we were swimming in them. Being thrown into the logo process as a fresh-out-of-school designer was daunting at first, but with each new project I found my footing—and eventually, my favorite kind of design work.

Like most creatives, I’ve had my fair share of imposter syndrome, but logo design is where I feel most grounded. I can quickly see what will work, what won’t, and how to tell a meaningful story in a small but mighty space. Over the years, I’ve contributed to more than 60 logo design projects—some solo, others in collaboration with incredible teammates.
