Every year, we have the opportunity to partner with the YWCA of Middle Tennessee on its annual Academy for Women of Achievement event. It's one of the most rewarding projects we take on, supporting an organization with deep roots in our community and a mission that truly changes lives.

After presenting three creative concepts, the client selected Women Who Shape Us as the campaign theme. I led the creative direction from concept through execution, including developing and pitching the creative, overseeing production, collaborating closely with copywriters, and managing the visual direction across all campaign materials. The project culminated in presenting the campaign and unveiling the year's theme at the Honoree Announcement celebration held at Nashville's Amazon Tower.
